Road Maintenance

We appreciate the importance of maintaining the roads, in both green and dry seasons. Unless we choose to pave our roads in the future, we will be reliant on ongoing repairs. It is the Costa Rican way. Early fall, the HOA invested in a significant improvement not far from the gate entry to Black Beauty. We have in our sites two additional stretches of road within the community for 2023. Keep in mind, some roads from 160 to the community are municipality roads, therefore, out of scope for the HOA. Of course, owners are encouraged to reach out to the municipality and request improvements.
